We can pair students up according to their desires and needs. Would you like to room with another Freshman and learn about college life together? Would you like to room with more "mature" students? How about someone from another country? Whatever your desire, we'll do our best to arrange it.

• Cooking, Cleaning, and a Meal Ticket

We understand what it is like being away from home without those terrific home-cooked meals and Mom to care for you. Our management is glad to help you with recipes, cleaning tips, and answers to questions you may have. For those days when you aren't feeling up to cooking you can also purchase meal tickets for The Crossroads, the BYU-I cafeteria. Sorry, but the cleaning is up to you!

You'll love how close we are to campus. When the wind blows and the snow flies, you'll be glad campus is just a few steps away!

• Great mix of students

We have a great mix of younger students, older students, RMs, and international students. What an opportunity to meet and love international students and receive a cultural experience here at BYU-I. With only one ward, you can get to know every girl in the complex. Many friends for life await you here!
