Contracts
Up through 61 days before contract beginning date, tenant may cancel contract and will be refunded all money paid thus far minus $50 cancellation fee. After 61 days before beginning contract date, tenant is responsible for contract unless a replacement is found as outlined in contract.
Note: There is a rent payment of $230-240 due with the contract on all semester contracts.If,
because of extenuating circumstances, tenant is unable to make any
payments on due dates, tenant may contact Virginia prior to the due date
to make other arrangements. This includes waiting for financial aid,
medical problems, paycheck problems, etc.

signed and the deposit and initial rent must be paid as required with
contract. Late payments may disqualify discounts.
