Contracts

Up through 61 days before contract beginning date, tenant may cancel contract and will be refunded all money paid thus far minus $50 cancellation fee. After 61 days before beginning contract date, tenant is responsible for contract unless a replacement is found as outlined in contract.

Note: There is a rent payment of $185-230 due with contract on all semester contracts. For students waiting for university-based financial aid, this payment will be waived when a statement from BYU-I Financial Aid office is included with the contract stating when funds will be available. Entire semester rent will be due as soon as funds are released.

Receive Discounts

Save $100 on fall/winter contract if paid in full by June 7
Save $75 on winter/spring contract if paid in full by Oct. 2
Save $75 on spring/fall if paid in full by Jan. 16

FRIENDS: Sign up together and receive additional discounts of up to $100 (6 friends)when each sign a two semester contract for fall/winter, up to $75 (6 friends) for winter/spring or spring/fall.

In order to guarantee a space and to receive discounts, a contract must be signed and the deposit and initial rent must be paid as required with contract. Late payments will disqualify any discounts.
